This online course is the best of both worlds. The videos allow you to work at your own pace, but the instructor is always able to be reached and is very eager to answer questions or just talk solar.

This is the best course for solar that you can get. I started last year as a laborer, worked my way as a technician and now I am a field manager due to this course. I use the information every day on our job sites, I feel confident with what I know and the results show in our arrays.

I really enjoyed this course. It helped me to get a flavor for how far things have come, as well as how far they will go. Very applicable to real life, and will be used regularly!

This course is full of useful information, sure to increase your working knowledge of PV systems and their installation. Sean's approach helps to retain dense material with humor and in depth explanations. I'm thankful that this is the path I took towards my NABCEP PVIP certification.

Would prefer to be anonymous: The instructor was very knowledgeable and engaging and the self paced format allowed me to work at my own pace and let the information sink in.

If you want a good mix of high-level information about energy storage systems, as well as a deep dive into what makes them tick, then this is the course for you! Would highly recommend for professionals who are in the installation/implementation space or even in the development space if you are just looking to learn more about energy storage. My brain hurts after this course, but in a good way!

As someone who has some experience with installation, but who is still learning, this course really helped make sense of the National Electric Code and brought my understanding to a whole different level. In addition to all of the materials, having access to Sean via the discussion forum where you can ask any questions you can think up was also really valuable. I'm feeling much more prepared to take the NABCEP exam than I was when I started.

Excellent course. Clearly taught by a very knowledgable teacher. I am preparing for the NABCEP PVIP exam and this was the perfect study guide. Many practice exams with the answers explained in great detail. The ability to work at my own pace but still having instructor feedback and responses makes for a very convenient and smooth learning process. Sean does a fantastic job and diving deep into the subject of solar and energy storage. He seems like he enjoys what he does and it comes across in his tutorials. This is important when learning with online tutorials as they can often be dry and the lack of human engagement can make a class anemic. Sean has the complete opposite effect and it has been a pleasure to attend his class.
