HeatSpring supports the following browsers:
We support the latest version of Google Chrome (which automatically updates whenever it detects that a new version of the browser is available). We support the current and previous major releases of Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari on a rolling basis. Each time a new version is released, we begin supporting that version and stop supporting the second most recent version.
At HeatSpring, we’re committed to developing web applications that go beyond the limits of traditional software. Our engineering team makes use of new capabilities available in modern, up-to-date browsers. That’s why we made the decision to support only modern browsers, which also provide improved security and performance.
Mobile Devices
Our browser support extends across phone, tablet, laptop and desktop devices.
Browser settings
All browsers must have cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled and be able to use SSL connections.
Internet Explorer
Per Microsoft's lifecycle policy Microsoft ended support for Internet Explorer 11 on June 15th, 2022. Given this policy we are no longer actively supporting any versions of Internet Explorer. Organizations that depend on Internet Explorer may want to consider a dual browser strategy. For help migrating from IE 11 to Edge, go here.
The use of technology such as cookies allows HeatSpring to operate and improve the functionality of our website and derive insights about our audience.
