Online clean energy training courses and hosting
HeatSpring hosts an innovative and easy-to-use education platform with more than 270 current paid AND free opportunities. We work with more than 100 subject matter experts to turn their knowledge into learner-focused training taken by more than 106,000 incumbent workers and entry level learners. HeatSpring courses have been approved for professional development hours by state licensing boards, NABCEP, AIA, NATE, BPI, and other credentialing organizations. High road workforce strategies
We know many organizations are receiving significant workforce dollars from federal and other sources, some for the first time. HeatSpring can help with implementation of your workforce programs to ensure they are aligned with just transition objectives and project goals. Instructional design support
Many organizations develop training, but a partnership with HeatSpring includes access to learning experts who have subject matter expertise in clean energy and decarbonization technologies, including solar, building performance, high performing HVAC, and building electrification. In addition, our staff includes learning experts from the tech sector who bring novel methods and digital media tools, including AI, to assist with knowledge transfer and improve the learning experience.
