Although I have been in the electrical field for over 25 years, I don't believe I would have done as well on the test without this course. I highly recommend taking this course.

- James Rodrigue, Green Street Solar

Sean has the unique ability to understand a student's gap in educational understanding and to fill in that gap in an extremely efficient manner. He is able to naturally work through technical information in an engaging path that builds toward proficiency rather than confuses the student. I have been fortunate to receive training from some of the top educators in the world and I would easily consider Sean as one of them.

- Anthony Shaw - Director, Progeneration Energy Corporation

Sean White is an awesome teacher! His teaching methods are interesting, engaging, fun, informative, and super helpful. I love his down to earth personality and approach, and how he goes step by step through the process. It's a great walk-through for learning how to navigate through the code book - which is a great real world simulation for the exam conditions. Also, I love the handy-dandy calculator short cuts as well as thinking about things such as the test room and state of mind, etc. Plus his sense of humor is an added benefit. I will keep drilling and reviewing the videos and materials, but I feel like I am really ready already. I would highly highly recommend this for anyone planning to sit for the NABCEP exam. In fact, I've been telling some of my coworkers about how great this course is already. Thanks!

- Josh Gray Project Manager, Solar Energy Systems

Want to pass the NABCEP? Go with HeatSpring and Sean White. You'll walk into the exam room feeling fully prepared!

- Ian Huddleston, Greene Tech Renewable Energy

Sean's course is a must before the NABCEP test!

- Mike Veeder, Kooltemp Heating & Cooling

I felt very well prepared for the NABCEP Installer Exam after taking this course. The test covers so much material that it is difficult to create a course that touches on everything you may be tested on. This course seems to do that about as well as is possible given the scope and difficulty of the test. Recommended.

- Joss Jaffe

This course helped to improve my confidence of passing the NABCEP exam. Sean White's book is a great book to study with for anyone preparing to take the NABCEP exam of working in the PV industry.

- Gleeson Roach, Williams everGreen Ltd.

Sean what else can I do to give you great reviews? You're definitely 5-star in my book! Thanks for helping me pass the NABCEP Professional Installer Level. I doubt I'd have succeed the first time without taking your HeatSpring training! I do really appreciate it!

- Ken Stewart, Easley Electric Inc.

The Heatspring NABCEP Installation Professional Exam prep course was very effective and instructional to me. It provides a vast amount of information and practical exercises in a comfortable and entertaining fashion. Highly recommended.

- Art Krebs CEO, Krebs Ventures LLC dba Construction Art

This course is certainly a milestone to passing the NABCEP, I feel like I've already passed the test after doing the practice test with Sean White. He does a great job of presenting you with the Material in a simplified way that takes the guessing work out of what you are going to face when taking the NABCEP. I look forward to continuing my education with the HeatSpring team. They are very professional and helpful throughout the whole process.

- Kenneth Wells Construction Supervisor, Sunrun Installation Inc.

Module 6 - 2014 NEC = Optional Module

The NABCEP Exam is on the 2017 NEC and this material is not, however NABCEP may only have 1 question that would have a different answer based on the 2014 vs. 2017 NEC from what I have heard. The 2017 NEC question asked about the Rapid Shutdown array boundary. In the 2017 NEC it is 1 foot and in the 2014 NEC it was not defined as the array boundary, however it was 10 feet. Another thing that could be different is the temperature adder that was in the 2014 NEC for conduit over a rooftop in sunlight has been removed in the 2017 (& 2020) NEC. If you have time, I would say to study this material, however some students get worried that they are studying the 2014 NEC when preparing for a 2017 NEC exam. I have even seen 2014 NEC questions on the NABCEP Inspector exam that was supposed to be 2017 based.
