About this course
Students will learn how to use a customer persona development process to “talk directly” to their most important customer demographic groups.
The webinar walks students through a step by step process to develop the text and visuals to reach those key prospects, and demonstrates the fundamentals with a current solar marketing campaign.

This training series was made possible by Energy Trust of Oregon, an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to helping utility customers invest in and benefit from energy efficiency and clean, renewable power.
