Course description

Having trouble finding enough talented workers for your growing solar business? Have employees quit or gone to work for a competitor? Your customers are ready to go, but your projects are delayed due to staffing shortages. This free course is for you.

With so many new opportunities coming with the Inflation Reduction Act, also comes a big challenge – finding and training enough workers to get it done. Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) president Abigail Ross Hopper said that SEIA expects the solar and energy storage workforce will quadruple from the current number of solar energy workers of around 250,000. With a tight labor market, solar companies will need to set themselves apart to attract and retain top talent to their teams.

This course includes presentations from the panelists, followed by a recording of the live audience Q&A.

This event is the second in a three-part, "2023 Solar Leadership and Business Development Webinar Series", taught by the instructors of the Solar Executive MBA training program. You can register for the full series for free here: "2023 Solar Leadership and Business Development Webinar Series"
