This course includes many references to the National Electrical Code (NEC). It may be helpful for you to get a copy of the 2014 NEC. Its important to note that NABCEP will not adopt the 2017 NEC for use on the PV Installation Professional Certification Exam until Oct 2018. If you plan to take the exam before then, you'll prepare using the 2014 NEC. The instructor has also included some optional videos about important changes in the 2017 NEC.

You need 58 hours of advanced training to sit for the NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification exam.
