simple, useful presentation

If you own a heating business that sells air source heat pumps, this course will help your business immensely.

very informational for someone who doesn't understand the ratings of equipment and how it effects the heating and cooling modes.

I like how knowledgeable the instructors are and how they explain ASHP systems.

I found this to be a great course that I could work at my own pace, and work around the 1,000 interruptions that take over my every day. Being able to pause, and rewind a minute or two to make sure I picked up where I left off were great features.

This course has made me realize were I made mistakes in the past in sizing units.

Understanding COP and how it is used isnt hard to work with if you understand how ts applied. I would have to wonder how many students dont know COP and how to apply to a job.

how to hook up one

A great basic course for learning some key information about minisplit heat pumps.

Marks experience shines through his presentations. He shared a number of cold source heating parameters I was unaware of.

I enjoyed the real life examples and applications mentioned.

This is a pointed resource as an intro to mini-split systems. It just wets the appetite and makes you salivate. I think it is a viable option to supplement an existing system or a replacement option in some cases.
