I enjoyed the course
I enjoyed the course
I just got hired at a local solar company in my town and I knew nothing about the solar energy industry. After taking this training, I feel like I can understand what the people around me are talking about! I am excited to learn more about the industry now that I have this knowledge.
This course is the best help you can recieve. Im currently attending college to become a solar technician and he literally discussed every subject we cover in class
Worth the time spent
This course have give me idea on the NEC code and standard for installing Solar PV System which I knew nothing about.
I took this course to learn a general overview of the solar industry. It is very well explained in a manner that is easy to understand and gave me a good insight into what the solar industry is about and how it works. This course is a great starting point and I know that I will continue to learn more as I take more course.
From the perspective of a 7 year install veteran, this is a fantastic training. I am currently in charge of training our new residential installers and this course has proven highly effective on establishing the necessary foundation for our field personnel. I might even suggest students take this course twice, once before they install their first PV system, and then again after having had the opportunity to install at least three or four. There is tons of valuable information and I even I learned quite a bit through this course.

I'm intending to do the NABCEP exam in the near future and this course gave me detailed introduction to the courses i will be taking. I have a clearer view of how to use the NEC codes and how I'll use them for the exams, later. Thanks Sean good quick intro

good
This course was introduced to me who has never worked in the solar space and now, I can engage in any solar related conversation easily.
It is a good piece to watch for solar EPC companies
Great presentation that focuses mostly on the financing issues required for microgrid projects. I would love to see another presentation from Mr. Burr that outlines the key design differences between microgrid and typical utility/community solar projects, as well as microgrid operation while islanding.
