Retrofitting is wonderful. We just need more education about it
This video gave me a taste of HeatSpring's level of detail and innovation before signing up for a paid course. My wife and I just purchased a balloon-framed 1885 Queen Anne in southern Wisconsin, whose existing conditions (insulation, systems...) I will begin documenting as soon as we move in. As an Owner/Builder and green energy enthusiast, I'm eager to learn about conventional and unconventional (for 2023) options for decreasing our utility bill and carbon footprint while increasing year-round comfort in Climate Zone 6.
