About this course

Because of the technology and advanced design associated with the NEW VERIZON
FUSION-TEC shelter HVAC units and Controllers by Bard, Verizon is requiring all Technicians who service and/or install the equipment to complete training (either on-line or live) and pass the knowledge Survey. THERE ARE MANY NEW FEATURES YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW TO INSTALL AND SERVICE THIS EQUIPMENT. By satisfactorily completing this program and completing all the registration paperwork, Verizon will be eligible for an extended warranty on this new equipment installed and serviced by your company. Along with satisfactorily completing the course you will need to complete the registration process for yourself and DELIVER the paperwork to your companies WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR.. You will need to download the Form and bring it to that person. Then he/she follow the directions (email completed form to bard) and receive an access password to register all equipment on line. This equipment will have an extended parts warranty from Bard for VERIZON. You MUST register to receive this!

Technology is constantly changing, especially in the HVAC industry. It’s important to continuously update your knowledge on how these systems work, especially with communicating systems becoming the new normal. This presentation was straight forward and to the point, with important details.
