Gwendolen St. Sauveur

Over her career Gwen has worn the various hats of Mechanical Engineer, MEP Designer, Architectural Designer, Construction Coordinator & Estimator. For a decade she was a mechanical engineer gaining hands-on experience through a dizzying array of commercial projects across New England. She has worked on hundreds of commercial and residential projects nationwide, ranging from city-sized steam heating plants & luxury hotels - to nuclear imaging hospital suites, elementary school renovations & off the grid net zero fossil fuel free residences.

In 2015, she founded BTF Net Zero Designs, with the goal of merging residential architecture & engineering like never before. BTF provides stock Net Zero home plans & custom design solutions for builders & homeowners nationwide & is perhaps the first company to provide pre-designed fossil fuel free Net Zero energy homes w/ Architecture, HVAC, Energy Analysis & Solar PV within one drawing package. BTF homes are easy to build, cost-effective, and ready for construction in 35 States.
