Alyssa Soares has been involved with renewable energy at Namaste Solar for the past 5 years. They've held a variety of positions; from entry-level Residential install to hiring and onboarding to their latest role developing and overseeing a training curriculum for Residential apprentices. They also have a passion for diverse business structures. Prior to Namaste Solar, they worked at one of the nation's leading employee-owned cooperatives, Equal Exchange.
They are driven by the ability to implement professional development tools that create accessible tracks into the Solar PV industry for all folks, especially those without a typical trade background.
