One of the most practical troubleshooting courses I've taken. It turns ground-fault theory into a repeatable field process, from reading voltage-to-ground to locating a fault and safely isolating and repairing it across different inverter topologies. Rebekah, Brian, and the STC team clearly bring real field experience, and it shows in how directly the material applies. Highly recommended for anyone involved in QA/QC, commissioning, or O&M on solar projects.

I believe this is an excellent course for anyone stepping into large-scale solar O&M, as well as for those already working in the field who haven’t had formal, high-quality training to support their experience. If you’ve been learning by doing, this course will likely make a lot of things click. The instructors are clearly knowledgeable, and just as importantly, they present the material in a way that’s practical and directly applicable to real-world troubleshooting. The content is well-structured, easy to follow, and stays focused on what actually matters in the field. I’d strongly recommend this course to both newcomers to utility-scale O&M and experienced technicians or managers looking to strengthen and sharpen their understanding of ground-fault troubleshooting.

Good content, I have been doing O&M for 2 years and this training and all the information is accurate and its a good refresher on troubleshooting.
