James did a good job detailing how various RSD units work. Pointed out with statistical data on the reasons there are safety concerns surrounding the RSD units. Great to point out thermal imaging is such a great way to help detect starting to fail devices and why O&M is so critical. Recommend this course as we all have heard about RSD units but do we all really understand exactly how they work.
