I just recently started a company called solar care maintenance here in New York State I will be at the solar seminar in Boston on the 3rd of February. I really like to get a chance to talk to you guys to help me pretty much wrap my mind around electrical maintenance program with solar I've been building solar for over 10 years in the field and now I've decided that a lot of the systems that we built need to be maintained I drive by some of the systems that I built two or three years ago and they're not functioning I would like to try and help companies in the area monitor and maintain their systems
This course is a great introduction to NFPA 70B for solar and BESS professionals. It also serves to remind us of the level of planning, record-keeping and technical ability O&M technicians and departments everywhere should be aspiring to.
This course provides a substantial amount of information to develop an electrical maintenance program, EMP. The format and resource materials are extremely helpful in creating an organized program for providing O&M services to customers. This course is very professionally made and easy to use. The instructors are quick to respond if you have any questions or feedback. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would recommend this course for anyone managing an O&M program.
I found the course enjoyable and informative. It is a "must take" for an EMP coordinator but also very useful for anyone involved in maintenance or quality control.
Great work, this team lays out concepts in a straightforward practical applications for real world problems which PV O&M tech's will encounter.
After 30 yrs of electrical experience, this course has empowered me with a unique knowledge to elivate me to the top of my profession.
thank you for putting together a great training
Thank you the course was great
i am glad i took this class to improve in my knowledge in this field.
Since the move from recommended practice to a true standard, I've had the chance to sit in on (3) NFPA 70B presentations, including a 2-day 16 hour course. I've looked at countless guides from manufacturers, contractors and electrical sales entities. I've also had the privilege of participating in a 3-part web series on 70B, as well as producing an E-Book and a 60 minute 70B presentation. I can honestly say, Alex and Brian have developed one of the most effective NFPA 70B learning experiences. Their systematic approach and curriculum development is very impactful. Highly recommended!
This course kept me engaged and wanting more. I now feel like I have a clear understanding of how develop a meaningful program for my clients. This comprehensive deep dive illustrates just how extensive an electrical maintenance program should be to properly mantain solar and energy storage systems to ensure all those kW's being installed continue to make kWh for many years to come. It's very inspiring to see some of the best and brightest in the industry relentlessly eager to learn and share.
