The subject of Ethics in relationships today goes beyond the professional sphere alone, as it embodies the values of a good relationship in our lives and in our dealings with others. Also, revealing the values of ethics will help you to build a certain credibility in our relationships. This course was a breath of fresh air. It tackled the often-overlooked ethical challenges in solar sales with clarity and depth. I appreciated how it highlighted the real-world consequences of questionable, yet common, industry practices. That is something you rarely see discussed. In an ideal world, everyone's default would be to operate with honesty and integrity. Since it's not, this should be required training for every solar professional, not only sales. It was repeated over and over in this course that the process that begins with the sales professional, should continue throughout the process. Well done!
