As construction project and crew leaders, communicating effectively among our project teams has become critical and essential. Just like many other aspects of our industry, it is important to have and use the right tool for the job; this includes our communication tools. When is best to e-mail, text, pick up the phone, or schedule a face-to-face meetup? When do you need to implement management communication tools vs. leadership communication tools? How can we motivate our everchanging massive teams? 

In this free course, we will learn the difference between management and leadership, the different communication methods, and when it's most effective to use the various methods based on whether you need to motivate by managing or leading (or both). When we better understand the why, we can more efficiently and effectively choose the how.
