There are several entities you'll encounter throughout the NABCEP application and credentialing process:
HeatSpring is your training provider. We offer prep courses and can help point you in the right direction. We also process exam applications for candidates who take our NABCEP PVA or OMAT prep courses. For all other exams, you'll work directly with NABCEP.
NABCEP (info@nabcep.org) handles everything related to your application, documentation questions, and course approvals or rejections. They're also your contact for special circumstances like illness or emergencies on or around exam day.
Certemy is the application platform NABCEP uses. Contact them if you're having login issues or the website isn't functioning correctly on your device.
Meazure Learning administers and schedules exams. Contact them for scheduling, rescheduling requests, and any technical issues on exam day.
