If someone leaves the company, can their courses be reassigned to someone else?

It depends!

If the student has completed less than 10% of their course, HeatSpring can reassign it to another teammate. When we swap in the new person, the enrollment date does not change, so the new person gets 1-year of access from the original enrollment date. If the enrollment was more than  one year in the past, you might need to activate a HeatSpring Membership for the new person - at $19/month it's still a great option.

If the student has completed more than 10% of the course, it cannot be reassigned.

Each course within a bundle will be considered separately, whether or not they can be transferred to another person.
