Now you can track all of your employee certifications on your dashboard. OSHA, FAA, NABCEP, whatever — it's for any certification you've ever had, not limited to things you've done through HeatSpring.
Team training leaders can go here to use it right now (click 'Certifications'). If you don't yet have a free team account, you can set it up here.
The Certifications tab has two sections. The first is for external certifications — any credential your employees hold, regardless of where they earned it. The second is for HeatSpring certificates of completion, which are generated automatically when a teammate finishes a course.
