How do I get event emails as an admin?

In order to get notifications for each course, you must be set up as a course administrator by HeatSpring and then also be added to each 'session' of the course as an assistant in order to get email notifications when students post on the discussion board, complete certain assignments, fill out a survey or earn a certificate of completion.

If you should be getting notifications but arent, please let us know. You can also try these steps:

Step 1: Join the event
Log in to www.heatpsring.com/admin then select 'Admin Home' in the upper right hand corner under your name. Then click the blue "join" button next to the event you want to subscribe to under the email column.

Step 2: Check notification settings
In the "classroom" go to the "settings" tab to set your notification preferences to make sure notifications are on and determine the frequency you' would like to receive them.
