How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

You can cancel your HeatSpring Plus or Pro subscription online anytime.

1. Log into your account at https://heatspring.com/signin.
2. Click My Account at the top right.
3. Click My plan in the left-side menu.
4. Click Cancel Subscription.

You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period.

Annual subscribers who cancel early keep full access through the end of their prepaid year, so you can continue learning and earning badges until your term ends. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable and not prorated.

Once your subscription ends, you'll lose access to expired courses and any Pro catalog courses. You can reactivate anytime and pick up where you left off. Pricing may change while your subscription is inactive.
