Do Employers Have Access to OSHA Certification Records for Employees?

Your HeatSpring Team Dashboard provides an accurate view of enrollments and completion status for OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses. HeatSpring provides a Certificate of Completion that matches the date on which the course was successfully completed

The only official documentation provided by OSHA is the physical card that they send to the person who earned it. Employers don't get a copy of this, and neither does HeatSpring.

The University of South Florida is the official training provider for OSHA classes taken through HeatSpring. HeatSpring is a reseller of these courses. We can see when somebody successfully passes the course, and our certificate records match that date.

Employers can be confident that the HeatSpring certificate of completion accurately represents when the OSHA course was completed by the learner. But it's not the official 'OSHA Certification', which is only provided by OSHA to the learner directly.
