Our refund policy is based on a sliding scale number of days before the training event. Substitutions are allowed at any time for no additional cost. Courses are fully refundable if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the start of the training. Courses cancelled within 30 days are assessed a fee based on the scale below.

Under rare circumstances, HeatSpring may need to change the location for the training event or shift the dates slightly. If this should happen, HeatSpring will contact all attendees by email and by phone to verify the new location and dates. Full refunds will be available at the time of this verification. After the new date or location has been verified, the above refund policy becomes effective.
HeatSpring reserves the right to cancel training events. If a training is canceled, participants will be contacted at least 7 days prior to the first training date. Participants may choose to reschedule to another training or receive a full refund of the tuition cost. No cancellation or rescheduling fees will be assessed if HeatSpring cancels the training.
Online courses are not eligible for a refund. If you are unhappy with your course for some reason let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it better. Based on how far you have progressed through your course, we will allow you to use some portion of what you paid as a credit towards a different course.
