Mike Schofield is a Senior Project Manager at CLEAResult, currently overseeing ENERGY STAR rating and LEED certification of the Conservation Services Group's new construction projects in the Boston, Massachusetts district. He directs project coordinators on building methods and strategies to make improvements cost effective, buildings more durable, and to transform the market, with a primary focus on multifamily and public housing authority projects. Schofield is also certified as LEED faculty and a trainer for Energy Star Homes Version 3. For the past two years he has been making statewide presentations on the Energy Code and Smart Building Practices. His certifications include: Certified Building Commissioning Professional (Association of Energy Engineers), LEED for Homes Faculty (USGBC), LEED for Homes AP (USGBC) and MA Construction Supervisors License (Commonwealth of Massachusetts). Schofield holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and an M.S. in Energy Analysis & Policy from the University of Wisconsin.
