What are the Credits, Who Can Apply and How?

The first module includes a comprehensive review of the EPAct tax deduction. For commercial property we cover EPAct incentives, tax credits and grants and explain how your past commercial projects could be a time-limited goldmine. We discuss allocation of incentives in multiple designer situations and also cover the HVAC related components that we have seen qualify in the past on geothermal projects. We close the presentation with a discussion of energy modeling requirements for energy tax incentives.

How do the Credits Affect Project Economics and How Can They Be Maximized?

We will provide an overview of the application and verification process for the credits, however every project is different and if you have specific questions please use the discussion board. We will also discuss how to optimize geothermal tax combinations including geothermal/ LED lighting combinations and geothermal HVAC combinations including HVAC controls.
